	Date of Stay: July, 2009
This is an older hotel that is clean although dated room furniture. The on-site restaurant has very good food at a good price. Felt safe and walked neighborhood often. If you are looking for 4 star, this is not it, but it is a clean reasonable place, if that is what you are looking for. Staff was very friendly.

The desk staff bent over back wards to help us with an early check-in as well as getting internet service. The location was good for people in the financial district, but we had a meeting at the Convention Center which has only very high end or dives. The desk staff bent over back wards to accommodate us with an early check-in. We were having some trouble getting the internet to work and they were very helpful getting our computer to work on their system. Everything was clean and quiet. A very good stay.

Granted my first clue should have been the price, If this room was free I would not stay here. The room smelled of mildew and urine, The carpet was so horribly stained, I never took my shoes off, The bathroom had black mold all around the top, the ceiling and the door jam. The water has 2 settings, super hot and super cold, so good luck with that, The towels felt like sand paper. The bathroom floor had so much urine stains, it was hard to tell the real color of the floor, I have blonde hair and all over the bathroom there was long strands of black hair,on the walls, in the sink and in the tub, Speaking of the tub, there was 2 HUGE cracks in the tub and there was a hole in the bottom of it, like the rubber mat was going to protect me from my foot falling into it, I have never stayed in a hotel so gross in my life. Oh yeah - you are in Korea town, which is fine, but the front desk only understands English when they want to and it is convenient for them,

went to see a show at the wiltern (incredible venue). the ramada is not kept up well, sort of like a glorified motel 6. but, they have replaced furniture and the carpet. that leaves the bathroom and walls... the beauty of this place is being able to park your car, have a drink or whatever, go to great korean food and see a show all within a block. i wouldn't stay here again for any other reason then to see a show. and then, get the cheapest rate possible.

Safe area of town. Middle of Korea Town. Good restaurants nearby. I notices a lot of security people at night watching the stores. Considering I was there one night for business - nothing I can think of. My family and I needed to conduct business in down town Los Angeles on Wilshire Blvd, about two miles away from the hotel. Overall, the hotel was clean. The staff was very polite and considerate. This area was once very dangerous years ago when I lived in the Los Angeles area. I was assured from a friend things had changed and it did for the better. It looks like it's part of Korea Town now. We felt safe walking at night and ate at a great Japanese restaurant nearby. It turned out to be a good trip despite starting off driving there feeling so apprehensive for the safety of my family and vehicle. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Not very many amenities, but, safe clean and comfortable.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. the airconditioner did not work but for few min. at a time the room smelled bad. there is no security to the building anyone can walk up the stairs from outside to the rooms. the elevater was outside and did not work one morning. The attendant at the desk the first night was rude. The area around the hotel is not a nice area. Could not wait to leave this hotel.

Parking wasvery affordable and convenient. Should have included continental breakfast. Hotel was nice for business travelers parking was great ($2.50 per day) and right next to the elevators. Fairly close to everything and area seemed ok - the security guard helped us feel safe and the cameras down the hall helped as well. Just wish continental breakfast would have been included. Would stay here again.

Don't be fooled by the Ramada name--the hotel room was dingy and looked slightly frightening. The part of town was less than desirable, and we were afraid to venture out to get a tank of gas. There was only one person working behind the counter at a time, so it took us a long time to get the help we needed. However, it is not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not stay again for the * I paid for the room.

Convinient and safe location. Close to restaurants and shops. The room was on the small side, somewhat friendly staff. Computer- Internet access was a plus. Recommend it for its value.

Swimming pool and gym. The wait time I had to check in and staff and distance from everything. It was nice and clean. It just was way too far from everything, so I only stayed one night and checked the next because of the distance from everything. And got a closer hotel to everything.

This hotel is by no means a 3 star hotel. I thought the Ramada name would mean something. The bathroom had mold all around the tub. The sink drain did not work. Big stain on carpet as you enter the room. Toilet top with a big chunk missing. Shower rod hanging off so curtain won't stay closed. Hallways dark and scary. Poor parking. Maybe a 1.5 star or 2 at best. Definitely not worth what I paid.

We stayed at the Ramada Wilshirw and were somewhat disappointed with the room. There was a disco or something nearby and we could hear and feel a constant steady beat reverberating through the room. We called down and the beat stopped about 25 minutes later. The PTAC unit didn't ventlilate the room we were given very well and it always felt stuffy. The television was in need of replacement. The sound on the television in room 303 would terminate and you would have to turn it on and off several times so that the sound would come back on. I called down to the front desk several nights in a row and nobody did anything about it- that was kind of irritating and unprofessional.We didn't have a remote control for the first two nights. I went out of my way to communicate with the housekeepers and they were all very nice and did a good job but the property is in need of new tv sets. The front desk people seemed nice and professional.

The Ramada Inn Wilshire is very conveniently located! Near the Subway and off rapid bus lines! Not as cozy as expected with Ramada. For a Ramada, it did lack the cozy feel that I expected; however, the hotel staff was very welcoming and courteous and you can't beat the centralized location. The hotel is right off the intersection of Wilshire Blvd. and Western Ave. Making it near rapid bus lines and the subway. If you're just looking for a place to crash for a night or two while you're visiting Los Angeles, this hotel is perfect!

Room was dirty, not enough towels to go around, not enough continental breakfast to go around, we were told by hotel staff that they were booked solid and don't have enough.

the hotel was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and helped with directions. the hotel is located in a very tourist friendly area. everything we needed ie banks restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. was within walking distance. the hotel room was comfortable with additional guest seating to accomodate family who visited there. the grounds were very pretty and well cared for.

It's location. The receptionists lack of professionalism. I think the hotel is not in good hands. The restaurant has been replaced by two vending machines. The hotel was made with all comfort. They have the false concept of economy by suppressing every thing to the minimal.

"So terrible!! Never stay here. Staffs are rude, and the room is too dirty! The worst of all, too many bus here. I was bitten seveerly. But they didn't say sorry for that. This is the worst in the world I have ever stayed."

Previous experience OK. Current experience not as good mainly due to faucets hard to regulate and faucet knob in shower about to fall off. Water is hottest when first turned on and then gets cooler, opposite to expectations. The selection at breakfast better this time than previously.
